Organic foods inspection office
If you have decided on the processing and sale of organic products, we are available to you as a state-recognized organic food inspection office (as defined by the EU "Organic Foods" Directive No. 2092/91) with our qualified employees as trained auditors.
In its inspection activities, the LVA concentrates on its core competence in the area of food processing. Two specially trained experts inspect the plants assigned to them according to their specialties at least twice per year. A positive result of the announced inspection is the basis for issuing of an "organic food" certificate for the prepared organic products.

An important instrument of the certification office for supporting the inspections is an "organic food database" in which all suppliers, raw materials, processing aids and food additives of the inspected companies are stored in accordance with the genetic engineering status.
