Cleanroom technology is a long term established technology in micro electronics and the pharmaceutical industry.

In 2001 the LVA TechNet started a biannual applied research project for the evaluation of a useful implementation of cleanroom technology in the food production. Unique know-how was created by the connection of food and cleanroom technology.

With the incorporation of a new network, the CLEANROOM PARTNERS AUSTRIA, all necessary steps for the implementation of cleanroom technology with clear added value are offered as services:

• from the idea
• to realisation
• and training
• to a frequent quality assurance measures

Based in the CLEANROOM PARTNERS AUSTRIA LVA is able to provide all necessary services for reasonable and professional implementation of cleanroom technology in the food production.

The easiest way for the customer is to try cleanroom technology with his own production facilities with a mobile cleanroom element direct on site in order to evaluate the potential of cleanroom technology for his own products.

Later the customer is in the position to decide investing in this new technology.

Following steps are:

• elaboration of a basic concept,
• planning and user requirement specification,
• bid advertisement,
• realisation and monitoring,
• personnel training,
• quality assurance and qualification and
• frequent monitoring and re-qualification.

During the LVA research project "Cleanroom technology for the food industry" the necessity for a complete chain of services for the food production became evident.

Therefore in november 2003 the network "CLEANROOM PARTNERS AUSTRIA" was founded. The collaboration of competent partners in the area of air conditioning (SLA GmbH), climate (Weiss GmbH) project management (SLA GmbH) and food safety (LVA) enables a complete support – from the basic concept through planning and design to the realisation and monitoring and personnel training.

CLEANROOM PARTNERS AUSTRIA understand themselves as a combination of independent enterprises in the fields of cleanroom technology. Individual know how and long term experience are joined to solution orientated competences in terms of hygiene and cleanroom technology.

The beneficiary is the customer, who gets individual solutions for processes and products. The experienced CRPA-Team counts on special produced quality with a current revenue of about 80%.

Thus a clear added value fort he customer is created.
